Amperos establishes customer advisory board to deepen alignment between AI and RCM teams
by Michal Miernowski
At Amperos, we fundamentally believe that our success is intertwined with the success of our customers. However, the world of healthcare is constantly evolving—staffing challenges, growing denials, shifting provider-payer relationships, and more.
That’s why we’re excited to announce the formation of Amperos’s new Customer Advisory Board (CAB). The CAB will help ensure our team stays closely connected to the day-to-day operations of our customers’ RCM teams while guiding the development of our AI coworker, Amanda, to best meet the ever-evolving needs of healthcare providers.
We are honored to welcome our first two founding CAB members, each bringing a wealth of expertise and leadership in healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM).
Our first founding CAB member is Janna Mullaney, Chief Operating Officer at EyeCare Services Partners, a leading ophthalmology PPM. Janna brings nearly four decades of experience in ophthalmology. Her exceptional leadership and deep understanding of RCM processes provide invaluable insights into the complexities of facility, physician, and optometry billing.
Our second founding CAB member is Sean Thompson, Chief Revenue Officer at DECA Dental, a private equity-backed Dental Services Organization. Sean has a proven track record of driving innovation within RCM throughout his career. His extensive experience spans roles at Coronis, NorthStar Anesthesia, Schumacher Clinical Partners, and founding an RCM-focused consulting firm—positioning him as a forward-thinking leader in healthcare revenue management.
Looking ahead, we’re eager to continue adding new members to the CAB to bring in diverse perspectives and experiences across healthcare sub-specialties. The CAB will help ensure our AI coworkers remain both comprehensive and adaptable to the multifaceted nature of RCM teams, all while keeping us focused on our north star—delivering AI agents that get claims paid.
